Lakshmi Om has been teaching and educating students around the country for over 20 years. She has taught in various corporations, law offices, Universities, prisons, schools, birth centers, and churches. Lakshmi's passion is to share the power of knowledge of the body, meditation, self-regulation, and the many tools and techniques for healing and overcoming adversities like mental health issues and chronic pain.
